  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut off the top of the artichokes and trim the stem. Cut the artichokes in half lengthwise.
  3. In a bowl, mix together minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture onto the artichokes.
  5. Place the artichokes on the grill, cut side down.
  6. Grill for 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender and lightly charred.
