Sicilian Pomegranates Wonderful
Available from September to December
From our Sicilian countryside we harvest the best pomegranates: a juicy fruit, rich in vitamins and antioxidants, perfect for squeezing.
After removing the crispy skin that covers it, we find a juicy white or red pulp depending on the variety, edible, covering a myriad of ovoid beans. At the top, the pomegranate has a crown of 4 or 5 petals.

Navel Cara Cara Oranges
Available only in January
The Navel Cara orange is a spontaneous mutation of the Washington Navel orange. It is a variety originating from the Hacienda of Cara Cara in Valencia (a city in Venezuela). The skin is a deep orange colour and due to the colour of the flesh, this variety is also known as ‘Pink-fleshed Navel’. The flesh is very juicy and has a sweet taste with a cherry aftertaste.

Bio Mandarine Primosole
Available from October to November
It comes from early autumn sunshine, the Mandarin Primosole is the first to mature: a novelty that comes about two months earlier than all the varieties of oranges.
Its orange peel, fragrant, thin, comes off easily. This makes the Mandarin Primosole easy to peel by hand. Inside a firm and juicy, sweet and full of autumnal flavors.
Note: our Primosole mandarins, in the last stage of their ripening, have an orange skin colour.

Sicilian Bergamot presents itself on the nose with a fresh, sparkling and citrus essence visually, on the other hand, it has a slightly flattened round shape with a beautiful deep yellow color.
In addition to drinking its juice, even mixed with orange juice, you can grate the bergamot peel and use it to give an unusual and fragrant touch to risottos, fish main courses and desserts.

Similar to their Moro relatives, Sanguinello Oranges are characteristic for their intense sweet flavor, their lively color and their spherical and ovoid shape. Their pigmented pulp is seedless and dark red in color, therefore perfect for tasty and sweet juices.

Born from a natural mutation of the Washington variety, the Lane Late orange is a late orange. Its ripening starts in February and continues until May.
It is a blond-fleshed, seedless orange with a fresh and balanced taste. Lane Late oranges are very versatile: excellent for table consumption, perfect as juice due to their juicy pulp.
