But there is one important aspect we want to explain very clearly: the annual points reset.
🍊 Why are points reset every 1st of January?
The MammaLover Program follows the same logic as our agricultural season: every year we start again, we sow, we care for the land and we create new value.
That’s why on the 1st of January each year, all accumulated points are reset.
It’s a natural renewal that keeps the program fair for everyone and allows us to reward those who stay with us throughout the year.
👉 Don’t panic: resetting the points does not mean you’re starting from zero in every sense.
Your fixed discount level doesn’t disappear: it simply moves down by one tier, so you still keep a benefit.
🔄 How does the level downgrade work?
Here’s the simple and transparent rule:
- If you reached the Mamma Lover level, from 1st January you’ll move down to Mamma Super.
- If you were Mamma Super, you’ll automatically move down to Mamma Fan.
- If you’re a new member or you haven’t collected enough points yet, you’ll remain Mamma Fan.
In practice:
Every 1st of January you go down one tier, but you don’t completely lose the discount you’ve earned. You still keep a loyalty benefit right from the start of the new year.
It’s a bit like pruning the trees: you cut back what’s excessive, but the tree remains strong and ready to bear new fruit.
