Bio Sicilian Lime

Lime is a hybrid citrus fruit that, although originating in Asia, has found very fertile ground in Sicily. It is best known for its less sour flavour than the lemon and for its zest rich in essential oils, which makes it very popular in cosmetics. The fruits are small, oval or round, with a thin skin.
Bio Sicilian Bergamot
Available from November to December
Sicilian Bergamot presents itself on the nose with a fresh, sparkling and citrus essence visually, on the other hand, it has a slightly flattened round shape with a beautiful deep yellow color.
In addition to drinking its juice, even mixed with orange juice, you can grate the bergamot peel and use it to give an unusual and fragrant touch to risottos, fish main courses and desserts.
Bergamot perfume is obtained from the essence extracted from the rind of the citrus fruit itself. The smell emitted immediately brings back the Sicilian tradition, the magic of the Sicilian land, the sun and the warmth, the citrus groves.

Grown on the slopes of Mount Etna on a volcanic soil rich in natural microelements, the Sicilian Avocado is the best for its intense flavor and rich and creamy pulp. Thanks to the climatic conditions and the soil on which it is produced, the Sicilian avocado has unique qualities and characteristics: the taste is sweet and delicate, the flesh is buttery and creamy.
Depending on the season and availability, you will receive a specific variety of Avocado.
Pink Grapefruit Bio

The pink grapefruit (Star Ruby) is a fruit that is part of the citrus family, the skin has a yellow color with shades tending to pink while the pulp is a delicate pink color.

Bio Mandarine Primosole
Available from October to November
It comes from early autumn sunshine, the Mandarin Primosole is the first to mature: a novelty that comes about two months earlier than all the varieties of oranges.
Its orange peel, fragrant, thin, comes off easily. This makes the Mandarin Primosole easy to peel by hand. Inside a firm and juicy, sweet and full of autumnal flavors.
Note: our Primosole mandarins, in the last stage of their ripening, have an orange skin colour.

Bio Navelina Blonde Oranges

Navelina organic oranges vary in colour from light yellow to intense orange. This fruit is characterised by a small “navel”, which gives them their name, at the base opposite the petiole, visible as a small secondary fruit, growing under the peel.
