Orange bread: how to prepare it
It is soft, has a lovely scent, a very aromatic taste and is perfect for breakfast and snacks. The bread is not only a cake orange flavored with grated zest. To achieve it is used an orange full but don’t worry, you need only 15 minutes for preparation and 60 minutes for cooking. Let’s see how to prepare it.
Flour the chocolate chips you will want to put in the dough. Then freeze it to prevent them from melting.
Put the flour, sugar, milk and oil in a food mixer. Then add the chopped orange, eggs and finally the yeast.
When the dough will be very compact place it on a greased baking pan and bake it at 180 degrees for 60 minutes (convection oven) or 160 degrees for 50 minutes (fan oven).
You can decorate the cake with orange marmalade or chocolate chips.
