Tangor Ortanique
The Tangor Ortanique is a hybrid between an orange and a mandarin: its name is derived from 'or' for orange, 'tan' for tangerine and 'un' for unique.
🍊 The Ortanique is characterised by a very hard skin and has an extremely juicy flesh with a few seeds.
🍃 Its fresh flavour given by its Jamaican origins is: a perfect mix between a clementine and an orange. It is a truly unique fruit to be savoured from the first bite to the last!

Yellow Grapefruit
Available from January to March
Yellow grapefruit is also known as white grapefruit because of the very light colour of its pulp and its double skin, which is rich in essential oils.
This fruit, not as sweet as the orange, is characterised by its bitter taste that comes from the membrane protecting the different segments, the removal of which gives the fruit a much more pleasant taste.
