  • 50 g black olives

Preparation:

  1. Peel the Tarocco oranges, removing the white filaments, and cut them into rounds.
  2. Thinly slice the fennel and combine with the oranges in a bowl.
  3. Add the black olives, season with oil, salt and pepper, and mix gently.
  4. Decorate with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Blood Orange and Red Onion Salad

  • 3 Tarocco Blood Oranges
  • 1 Tropea red onion
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
