Crafted in Sicily with a gluten-present but lactose-free formula, this panettone undergoes long proofing with mother yeast to achieve a tender, silky texture and layered aromas of vanilla, butter-like warmth and bright citrus.
Craft & selected ingredients
A curated blend of fine flours, fresh eggs and sugar meets lactose-free fats chosen for softness and structure. Candied orange/citron from Sicily and naturally sweet raisins complete an elegant flavour profile.
Natural leaven & digestibility
Slow, multi-stage fermentation builds complexity and enhances digestibility, delivering an even crumb and a clean, harmonious finish typical of top Italian holiday cakes.
