Mammarancia Muffins

Try this delicious recipe and taste these beautiful muffins made with Mammarancia blood oranges. It’s fast and easy.

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking tips: 15 minutes in the oven at 160 Β°

Ingredients for 20 muffins:
β€’ 250 g flour
β€’ 50 gr potato starch / corn
β€’ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
β€’ 1 tablespoon baking
β€’ Orange Juice (2)
β€’ Grated orange zest
β€’ 1 cup milk
β€’ 3 eggs
β€’ 100 g butter
β€’ 180 g sugar
β€’ Orange Marmalade q.s.

Step 1
Melt the butter at room temperature in a bowl with the sugar and add the eggs. Sift the baking powder, vanilla, starch and flour and pour into the bowl.
Step 2
Stir the mixture until it is creamy and smooth. Add the milk, zest and orange juice.
Step 3
Pour half the mixture into molds for muffins, add a spoonful of orange jam in each and cover with the mixture you’ve put aside.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes.
