Yellow Grapefruit BIO
The Sicilian Yellow Grapefruit is also known as white grapefruit because of the clear color of its pulp inside the double peel, full of essential oils.
This fruit, less sweet than orange, is characterized by a sour taste given by the membrane that protects the various segments: if removed, it returns a much more pleasant and tasty flavor. Rich in vitamins, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and flavonoids: naringenin and limonene, in fact, give it antioxidant and anti-tumor properties.
